By submitting this application, I grant House of Benevolence (“the Organization”), its representatives, partners, and supporters the irrevocable right to review, use, reproduce, and publish my submitted materials — including but not limited to written statements, photographs, and/or video recordings — in whole or in part, for the purposes of:

 

• Grant judging and recipient selection

 

• Public recognition of award recipients

 

• Sharing inspirational stories to encourage and uplift others

 

• Program promotion, community engagement, and awareness of the Organization’s mission

 

I understand that my materials may be used in printed publications, digital content, social media, presentations, or other media formats. The Organization agrees to present my story with respect, dignity, and care, and will honor reasonable requests to withhold sensitive details at my discretion.

 

I release the Organization from any liability for the use of my materials as described above and confirm that I am the rightful owner or have the authority to grant permission for these materials to be used. I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation for the use of my materials beyond any grant award received.
